Based on a recent dream.. saw a set of portraits with neon frames and victorian girls. One of them had a rat and as I was making this it reminded me of my friend who owns rats so I based it on her

I used to have pet rats. They were wonderful pets! They've probably been my fave small pet species that I've ever had!
I like the style of this pic too. :) I've also seen lots of neon-colored things in my recent dreams as well.
